Use of the Site

The site may only be used for personal shopping purposes. Any illegal use or use that infringes on the rights of others is prohibited.

Orders and Pricing

All displayed prices include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or product availability without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is currently available to Makkah, Jeddah, Madinah, and Taif only, with more cities coming soon. We aim to deliver orders the same day within these cities. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location and operational conditions. A flat shipping fee of 30 SAR applies to every order.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 72 hours of purchase, provided the original purchase invoice is presented. Some products (such as devices in direct body contact) are excluded — see the full policy.

Payment Methods

Cash on delivery is currently available, with additional electronic payment methods coming soon.
